RETURN POLICY

The Joseph D’Ambro Collection inc is proud of all our previous commissions and of Studio57 and wants you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order, within 30 days of receipt for furniture and within 90 days of receipt for all other items. The Joseph D’Ambro Collection inc. will replace or refund your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any custom items.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the information below. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure keep a copy for your records.
